The conference brought together high profile speakers to discuss issues relating to humanitarian aid and assistance, from policy to practice, and from research to training. The distinguished guest speakers include: Karin Kneissl, Foreign Minister of Austria, Franck Bousquet, Senior Director of the World Bank’s Fragility, Conflict, & Violence Group, H.E. Vivian Okeke, the Nigerian Ambassador to Austria, and Mark Lowcock, UN Coordinator, Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief.
